Hello and welcome to Integrative Self Therapy in Hayle, Cornwall. In today’s world, is it possible to have it all and be it all? How can we manage high demands of life, career, family or mental illness? Perhaps you feel like you are doing the best you can and yet somehow it just isn’t enough. Or maybe you know what is happening just not sure how to change it. I offer support to people who are ready to connect with their inner story and shift it. I work with both conscious and unconscious patterns. We can attend to your past or stay in here and now. You lead the way.
Experiencing intense fear, low self esteem, self doubt, desperation and or intense anger comes with its toll. It is no fun to experience and live with mental health struggles. I offer my undivided attention, expertise from mental health settings and personal experiences.
