I’m a relational, people-focused therapist who values those “a-ha” moments the times when something suddenly makes sense, not because you’ve been told what to think, but because you’ve been given the space and safety to discover it for yourself. I work gently, thoughtfully, and without judgement, holding clients with care while supporting them to understand patterns, rebuild self-worth, and feel more grounded in who they are.

I have undertaken additional specialist training in narcissistic abuse and relational trauma. My work supports adults who have experienced emotionally harmful or controlling relationship dynamics, including patterns often associated with narcissistic behaviour. I integrate trauma-informed approaches with attachment-based understanding to support identity
All sessions are offered online, allowing flexibility and accessibility wherever you are. I currently offer appointments throughout the day, with early morning and evening availability, as well as a small number of weekend morning sessions.
