I’ve spent over 20 years working in some of the toughest environments — from high-security prisons to NHS acute hospitals - I’ve worked with people facing the sharpest edge of crisis — where emotions are overwhelming, life feels out of control, and ‘talking about it’ feels impossible.
I also know how much of a difference therapy makes with everyday challenges like anxiety, stress, or confidence. Whatever you’re going through, it matters.
