I am able to offer telephone and online counselling and have a wide range of experience in this area, as well as face to face sessions in Gt Horkesley & Colchester. I am a qualified Registered and Accredited Counsellor with the BACP and hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Accredited Course) with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy I am trained in Creative Therapies, which involves Art work, & play therapy and I am a trained Relationship Counsellor.
I qualified in 2009 and have worked with a wide range of individuals, with many different presenting issues, including anxiety, depression and with couples in Couples therapy. I am an Integrative Counsellor/psychotherapist which means I use different theories to assist you in your process.
I work in a humanistic way, where I value the relationship that develops between us, encouraging a trusting environment where it can feel 'safe' to talk about the 'unsafe' feelings you may have. My aim is to listen, to understand and to help you reach your potential. I can offer an initial assessment session of 50 mins, followed by weekly sessions.
