I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space to build a relationship of trust with Clients. I am trained in providing an integrative approach to Psychotherapy, drawing on different techniques and ideas to provide a bespoke therapeutic environment which works for you as an individual.
I have a direct and solution-focused approach working with relationships. Relationships have such a profound impact in our lives and it is a pleasure to work with parties in navigating the right path forward for them, be that finding ways forward together, or in reaching respectful closures.
I am Neurodivergent myself and my specialism in Neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism specifically) I hope will add value to any Clients, individuals or couples, where ND is present.
