Hello hello. I'm a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in assessment and therapeutic work with children, teens, young adults, and families, both online and in person in Hackney, London. I have over a decade of experience within NHS, social care, university, and private settings helping individuals and families to reach their goals.
I believe in working collaboratively, flexibly and respectfully, tailoring evidence-based therapeutic approaches to fit with your interests, strengths, and values. My therapeutic approaches include EMDR, cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, and draws upon attachment and social learning theory.
But most importantly, the purpose of my work is to support and empower you. I may bring expertise in theory and strategies, but nobody knows your story and experiences like you do.
