Hi, I'm Sara, a therapist based in Leeds. I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients, and offering a therapeutic space to those who may feel on the margins of society. As a therapist, I have worked in bereavement, mental health, sexual violence and University services. During this varied experience, I have worked with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures and experiences. I have availability on Tuesday and Wednesday each week. Working face to face in Meanwood, Leeds and online via Zoom.
In my experience, therapy is a unique space to better understand yourself, or work through a challenge you’re finding difficult to manage alone. Having an opportunity to discuss your feelings and experiences in a confidential space, can help you make sense of life. Each week, dedicating time for yourself in a warm, empathic and non judgemental environment.
As a therapist I have no expectations of you, the space will be yours, to focus on what feels right. We may initially set some hopes for therapy, but this can evolve over time.
