About

Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, panic attacks, challenging life transitions, loss? Do you feel stuck? Do you have unresolved family issues? Talking to a counsellor can help. I offer a safe, warm and non-judgemental space where we can explore your difficulties with the aim of understanding more about your feelings, thoughts and behaviour - enabling you to move forward with your life with a greater sense of well being and new strategies for navigating this complex world!
My approach is Humanistic and Integrative, meaning that I draw upon theories from other approaches to tailor my work to each individual client's needs. In addition to private practice I work in a primary school as a counsellor. I have an enhanced DBS certificate, am in regular supervision and abide by the ethical framework of BACP.
I have a comfortable, private therapy room where we can meet. I can also offer home visits. Our work together can be short or long term.
