The Gift of Womanhood; Inner mastery, outer mystery is a 5 week deep self study group for women. It aims to tenderly and honestly look at our womanhood, designed to make us more aware and present in our lives. We use a combination of therapeutic group work and embodied practices in each meeting. In brief the process will guide you to explore the 5 stages of womanhood. 1) little girl; her unmet need for exclusive love 2) teenager; her fantasies 3) woman; her need for control 4) mother, relationship to mother & mothering instinct 5) Goddess; celebrating and recognising divinity within.
