Welcome, and thank you for being here. I aim to offer compassionate, culturally sensitive support in a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard & understood. I bring experience from a range of settings & I have worked with adults, and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, chronic pain & trauma. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centred therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor sessions to meet your unique needs. I often work with individuals to help manage change, feel conflicted or looking for personal growth.
As a South Asian therapist, I integrate cultural sensitivity into my practice, acknowledging the importance of identity, background, and lived experiences. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of creating meaningful change and breaking away from the cycle of anxiety and depression.
Currently, I'm in my second stage of my Doctoral training at Glasgow Caledonian University. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, worried, stuck, or unsure where to begin, I’m here to support you. Together, we can explore challenges and help you move towards greater clarity, and well-being. Reach out to take the first step, we’ll navigate this journey together.
