I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer telephone and webcam appointments. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a confidential meeting to see if my approach might be right for you. You might have a specific problem such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or something very specific that you want to talk about or you might not know exactly what is wrong but would like to take some time to understand yourself better. You don’t have to be a weird person with an unusual problem to have counselling or psychotherapy
I have experience of working with a broad range of issues including addiction. I also work with those who have become caught up in the criminal justice or mental health systems. I have a particular interest in questions around race, cultural difference and diversity. We will look at patterns of behaviour, difficult feelings and links with the past.
As well as exploring your conscious thoughts, we will pay attention to unconscious processes. We will look at the patterns of your close relationships as well as what goes on in the therapy relationship.
