About
Life’s circumstances have a way of challenging us and every once in a while, we can lose hope. My aim is to provide you with a safe space to come as you are and explore the ins and outs of your struggles. I’m a qualified integrative counsellor meaning I integrative three main approaches, psychodynamic, person centred & cognitive behavioural therapy in order to meet your individual needs.
I have a passion for mental health & wellbeing & sometimes from time to time we lose our sparkle, my aim is to help you to help yourself to gain that hope back, hence why I call my practice hope wellbeing. I have 10 years experience in a range of mental health difficulties and worked in various different settings with people from all walks of life.
I provide therapy to 16+ both face to face & online and work in a client centred way to suit your individual needs. Whether you require short- or long-term therapy I aim to work with you at your own pace in order to help you gain the most you need out of therapy.
