About
Hi there, In this up and down world which can sometimes feel like an out of control roller coaster, I offer a place of stability and safety; a space to be fully you but where you can wrestle with life’s challenges and its impact upon you. As a therapist with over 20 years of experience, I offer a set of skills that can make a real difference and bring you hope in the now. In my varied career as a therapist I have worked with thousands of people with all sorts of presenting issues. I love my work. I have also been a lecturer, trainer and continue to also work supervising other junior therapists.
Not only are we impacted by people and events in our present lives, our pasts can significantly affect us as well. Together we can unpack this and facilitate new life expressions going forward. Healing often means being authentic to our needs and identity. I use lots of therapeutic modalities and seek to build the therapy around the uniqueness of you.
My role therefore is to create a space where this can be realised, where healing can be achieved and new meaning can grow. As a therapist I have worked with various charities that work with Women in Crisis, Suicide prevention, bereavement, Domestic abuse and Housing Association, I have also worked for Age UK, MIND, Carers UK, Samaritans, Prisons, and others
