About
It is undeniable that negative emotions and beliefs can greatly impact our lives. Sometimes stress and anxiety can make it hard for us to fully function or you’re finding the world confusing and life is just not making sense. Would you like to gain confidence in yourself and explore your addictive behavior? what would it be like to have someone really listen to you without judgment?
I offer a space that is safe and confidential for you to express your thoughts and feelings. I listen except and assist in enabling you to find yourself, gaining self-awareness and empowerment. We can explore the challenges of self-defeating blocks, uncover and understand behavioral patterns and thoughts.
I believe that we are all unique, my counselling approach reflects this. I draw from different methods to find a way that works for you. Counselling is about building a trusting relationship. Finding what works for you is important to me. I offer an informal 10-minute phone consultation so we can introduce ourselves.
