Welcome to Daybreak Counselling Services. My name is Sandra, thank you for looking at my profile. I am an integrative counsellor working creatively with couples and individuals. I work with couples and individuals exploring anxiety, loss, trauma, betrayal , addiction, and so much more . You might be suffering from anxiety and low self-confidence, constantly worrying, on edge, or engaging in compulsive and repetitive behaviour. No matter what the trigger point for your difficulties we can work together to improve your communication, rebuild trust, increase quality time, or get your physical intimacy back on track.
When you first contact me we will have a brief conversation about what is happening with you to ensure I can provide the right service for you. I will explain therapy briefly, take some contact information and arrange a first appointment. I offer weekly appointments usually at the same time each week. Bi weekly appointments may be available upon request.
