I have experience working with individuals struggling with employment, immigration, mid-life crisis, menopause, bereavement, sexual abuse and assault, divorces, custody battles, generational trauma, abusive relationships, suicidal ideation, gender identities, relationship struggles, education, bullying, depression and anxiety.
I have trained in the person-centred experiential approach and psychodynamic approach in counselling and use art and creativity in my practice. I am an Indian with mixed cultures. I speak English as my first language and I am fluent in Hindi and Urdu. As an immigrant, I also have an understanding of the challenges that come with moving to a new country.
