It's part of being human, none of us are completely 'sorted'. But sometimes we feel overwhelmed, desperate, alone.... the cracks are too big, the light isn't getting in. Or we feel stuck, frustrated, exhausted, going round in circles, nothing will ever change. Perhaps you feel you can't be the real you. Maybe you feel like this a lot, or maybe it's new for you and your usual coping/support isn't working. Maybe you don't know what's wrong.
I can help you understand what is going on, why you behave, think and feel as you do, what has got you to here. I will listen, support, encourage and, at times, challenge you. We will work together to help you to accept what you can't change, identify what you want or need to change, and develop the skills and confidence to do so. There IS light outside.
