I specialise in helping midlife and long-term couples who feel stuck or unsure of the future. Drawing on Psychosynthesis and the Developmental Model for Couples, I support partners in slowing down, communicating differently and gaining clarity about what they want for their relationship.
I offer a warm, steady space where both of you feel heard and respected. Reaching out for couples therapy can feel daunting, but it’s a brave and meaningful first step.
