Sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn, life can feel very overwhelming and exhausting. It can be lots of wee things or a big life change and sometimes we just can’t put our finger on it. What we do know is that we’ve had enough, we want to enjoy life and relationships and bring more lightness and laughter into the everyday. Maybe work is getting us down or family and relationships. I am an experienced Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She has been in private practice for over 25 years and in that time has worked with a wide range of people in a variety of settings. I work with couples and families as well as individuals.
