Sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn, life can feel very overwhelming and exhausting. It can be lots of wee things or a big life change and sometimes we just can’t put our finger on it. I am an experienced Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She has been in private practice for over 25 years and in that time has worked with a wide range of people in a variety of settings. I work with couples and families as well as individuals.
