I offer appropriate individual therapies aimed at your own personal needs in a confidential and safe environment, where we can work together with respect and the time needed for you to explore your own emotions and work towards a positive outcome.
Person Centred Therapy works alongside the client giving them time to explore their own thoughts and feelings. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy works collaboratively with the client whilst they explore their own negative thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns working with Generalised anxiety disorder and Depression and work related stress.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation which allows us to chat and gives you the opportunity to bring any queries about counselling before you make a decision. It is most important that you are comfortable with your counsellor.
