English
| Français I am a qualified psychologist with a background in neuroscience and clinical research. With a PhD in Biology and an MSc in Psychology, I combine scientific expertise with evidence-based psychological therapies to support individuals facing emotional and cognitive challenges.
My research at the University of Oxford has provided me with deep insights into the brain’s complexities.
As a BPS accredited therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and life transitions, offering a compassionate and tailored approach to treatment and confidential space for personal growth.
After many years working on the brain, studying its biology and functioning, I got naturally interested in Psychology. I therefore went back to University to study this fascinating topic. The knowledge I got there provided me with the skills required to help people going through their mental health issues.
Nothing is more gratifying than helping other human beings to feel better. When I see someone seeking help, a surge of empathy and the will to support overwhelm me. I am here for you whatever you are going through, until we find a way, together, to make you feel better. Let's get back a smile on your face.
