About
Online Therapy Only; I am currently working with clients on an online basis only via email, instant messaging, voice only and/or video. My approach to therapy is a collaborative one. You are the expert on you’re life and through the relationship built together we draw on your strengths and attributes. I am passionate about providing a space where you can be open, comfortable and feel validated. My aim is to support you to live the life you love to live, through healing, having healthy relationships, coping strategies and processing difficult emotions.
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is the recommended treatment for depression, anxiety, generalised anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), health anxiety, social anxiety and specific phobias (including agoraphobia and claustrophobia).
I can offer both short term and long term support to individuals. I offer a free initial consultation over the phone to discuss your difficulties and then arrange a session if this suits you. I offer a warm, non judgmental and safe space to work through and explore any difficulties you are facing.
