I am CRUSE Bereavement & Couples trained & have worked in education for 21 years supporting young people.
I support Couples, Adults and Young People experiencing issues with; relationships, stress, anxiety, school, self harm, panic attacks, depression, anger, loss & bereavement, family issues, self esteem, bullying, workplace issues, gambling, domestic abuse, exam stress etc..

As a counsellor, I will offer a warm, confidential, non judgemental, supportive relationship, enabling you to express yourself freely. Bringing issues out into the open helps us to find acceptance, & new ways of coping by finding ways forward which feel right for you....
