Sanctuary Counselling service offers private counselling throughout the wyre forest and neighbouring towns. There are times in our lives when life is a struggle. It’s hard to keep it all together. Counselling is for those times. I'm Tracy, a qualified counsellor and accredited member of the NCPS working within the ethical framework of the NCPS My counselling orientation is of an Integrative Approach to ensure that the individual needs of a client are best served. I am a person centred counsellor which means it's all about you. A talking therapy. However, I studied integrative which means I can offer you a more varied approach helping you get to the place you require. I specialise in anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and transgender. However, I am qualified to work within other areas.
I feel I have an empathic approach and know that life isn't all plain sailing. We all have rocky periods within our lives but it's knowing how to get through this and become a stronger person. All sessions are taken at your pace and are led by you. I offer a non judgemental, confidential safe space for you to talk things through.
