I have years of experience in mental health services, helping adults through a variety of life challenges. Additionally, my background includes teaching French to people from diverse backgrounds, which has enhanced my appreciation for individual stories and perspectives. Having lived and worked in several countries, I understand the complexities of change and growth that come with life transitions.
As a TA therapist, I offer a supportive and reflective space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself. Together, we explore patterns shaped by your past experiences and how they affect your present. Through our collaborative relationship, we facilitate acceptance, self-awareness and the possibility of making more conscious and authentic choices.
I appreciate the demands of modern life and how difficult it can be to find time and space for you. That’s why, while most of my work is face-to-face in Aberdeen and Banchory, I also offer online sessions to suit your needs.
