Post Lock down I am seeing more people whose relationship is under greater pressure due to both being at home, financial worries, anxiety about the changes that are happening in the world around them to name but a few. Others are seeking help due to the loss of a loved one, individuals are feeling isolated and having time to face fears that busy lives help supress. All of these things are things that therapy can help with.
I can offer practical, psychological and emotional approaches to your current crisis or trauma. I specialise in bereavement counselling of all ages with specialism in Infant loss around the time of birth. Having experienced this myself. I am neurodiverse trained and understand the complexity this can add to dealing with issues
I worked in the care industry for many year with families in the multicultural heart of Derby, supporting new parents, from here I worked in health and social care before completing a degree in Psychology. I have been a single mum and faced many of lives challenges but Transactional Analysis made so much sense and shed light on many areas
