My goal as a therapist is to help you explore the emotional questions in your life so you can understand, with greater clarity, why you feel like you do. My practice offers a non-judgemental, confidential setting to reflect on what has brought you to this point in your life, and to consider your potential to live differently in the future. Coming from a background in the arts I pay close attention to the narratives we build and the disguises we assume to protect ourselves from pain. Understanding how these patterns are formed can help you decide which aspects of your life you want to hold onto, and which you would rather let go.

I am a highly qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist working in London and Lewes. My clinical experience includes working with depression, social anxiety, relationship issues and low self-esteem. I am particularly interested in the conflict between our public and private selves, and the feelings of isolation and dissociation that can build as a result.
