My goal is to help you explore the emotional questions in your life so that you can understand, with greater clarity, why you feel like you do. My practice offers a non-judgemental, confidential setting for you to reflect on what has brought you to this point in your life, and consider your potential to live differently in the future. Coming from a background in the arts, I pay close attention to the narratives we build and the disguises we assume to protect ourselves from pain. By exploring the roots of these responses, therapy can help you decide which aspects of your life you want to hold onto, and which you would rather let go.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working in London and Lewes. I work with individual adults with a range of emotional, behavioural and interpersonal difficulties, and I have experience working with issues of depression, anxiety, relationship issues and low self-esteem. I offer short-term and open ended therapy, depending on what feels right for you.

I appreciate that the process of finding a therapist can be difficult, and it’s completely normal to be unsure or hesitant.
