I am a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist currently working in the NHS and private sector. I have a range of experience in offering expert psychological assessment and therapy to adults and children with mental health difficulties.
I have an interest in the assessment and treatment of any difficulties related to problematic life events including traumatic experiences that people may have experienced. I also have lots of experience in working with many different types of mental health problems including anxiety, low mood and overwhelming and difficult emotions.
The heart of my practice is developing a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship to enable us to work on your goals for therapy.
