Hi, my name is Sam and I am an integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I am really passionate about all individuals being able to express their emotions and the importance of being heard. The world can be a scary place, I aim to provide a safe, confidential and un-judgemental space to enable us to work together to explore what has bought you to counselling. I work with all individuals aged 16 and above.
Whether this is your first time having counselling or you have had experience with it before. Counselling is a unique and personal journey, I am here to help support you in this journey. I work relationally, which means I put you and your reasons for coming to counselling at the centre of our work.
I work to provide a safe space where you can explore the things that you bring to therapy. Whether that is by focusing on specific problem/s that you bring, or perhaps looking back to the past of a period of time that is painful.
