Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, obsessive worry or repetitive behaviours? Do you feel like you're stuck repeating patterns that you aren't sure how to escape from? I am a therapist with first-hand experience of living with obsessive-compulsive disorder and have been on my own therapeutic journey of learning how to manage and reclaim my life from it.
I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and have worked with people experiencing OCD, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, shame and depression as well other conditions. I have worked with all the major subtypes of OCD, using ERP as part of an integrative therapeutic approach.
As your therapist, I will provide you with a safe space to talk about whatever you choose at your own pace. I don't believe in a one-size fits all approach and have worked with clients of different genders, ages, ethnicities and sexualities, alongside working with neurodiverse clients. I believe that the therapy room should be a place everyone feels safe.
