If you're feeling stuck, burnt out, anxious, or like you've somehow lost yourself along the way, you're not alone. Many of the people I work with are exhausted from holding everything together. They spend so much time looking after others, meeting expectations, or simply getting through the day that they've lost touch with what they need. Sometimes they know something needs to change but aren't sure where to begin. Therapy offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is warm, relaxed, and down-to-earth, creating a space where you can be yourself without judgement or pressure. We can start gently, too!
I work with issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, boundaries, and life transitions. I also support neurodivergent clients and offer a neurodiversity-affirming space where you don't need to mask or pretend to fit in. There's room for humour too—therapy doesn't have to feel heavy all the time. and feel at home too.
Alongside compassion and understanding, I'll offer gentle challenge when needed. My goal isn't to tell you who you should be, but to help you reconnect with who you already are beneath the stress, self-doubt, and expectations you've been carrying. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out—we can work that out together. One step ahead.
