I have 26 years experience and I'm post graduate and Trauma trained. I'll share my knowledge, insights and observations to help you understand clearer what you're experiencing and why, helping you gain clarity and create long term change for your future.
I have specialist training in Childhood Trauma (emotional,physical and sexual abuse) including neglect, as well as Relationship Psychotherapy, Couples Counselling. Our childhood relationships affect our intimate relationships, both are entwined. I'd love to help you understand your difficulties and create life long positive changes for your future.
