A warm welcome to all Adults and Couples. I have postgraduate qualifications in Relationship Psychotherapy and Counselling for individual adults. We are all different and affected by different experiences in our life, which in turn can impact on the whole of ourself and our relationships. The impact can show up in symptoms such as; anxiety, depression, anger, addictions, self-harm, relationship difficulties, self-belief/confidence issues, suicidal thoughts, inflammation issues in our bodies. I will provide a safe space, to help you understand what you're experiencing, to create long term change and growth for your future.
I'm really passionate about my role as a Couples Therapist or Relationship Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I have 24 years experience of practice and knowledge around childhood difficulties and how they impact on us as adults as well as relationship struggles, these are usually interlinked.
Getting to this point of seeking help, of reaching out, takes courage and strength.
