I’m a BACP-accredited counsellor specialising in working with women and couples navigating life transitions, including pregnancy, motherhood, pregnancy loss, hormonal conditions, perimenopause and menopause. As a humanistic integrative counsellor and somatic practitioner, I combine talking therapy with body-based awareness.
It’s common for women and couples to feel alone, overwhelmed or unsure how to cope through life transitions, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, loss, hormonal changes & parenthood.
