Registered therapist comfortable with difficult life stories and complex family dynamics. Maybe you hide parts of yourself from others for fear of being misunderstood. All parts of you are welcome to therapy.  I work well with people who feel awkward, confused or have a hard time identifying how they are feeling. Have been told you are 'too much' or or find yourself ending up in relationships that become dysfunctional? Perhaps you are recovering from bereavement, navigating religious trauma or C-PTSD. Maybe you feel shame, overwhelm, or have constant anxious thoughts. Therapy is a space to bring distressing or confusing issues.
Do you have fragmented memories of the past or find yourself losing track of time? I offer a safe space to explore confusing experiences. I am a post graduate trained Psychodynamic Psychotherapist supporting adults with family conflict, complex trauma & dissociation. I am not frightened of strong emotions or hearing about difficult life experiences.
I invite you to book a brief introductory call to see if I am the right therapist for you. Face to face appointments in Bromley (BR1) office. Online video sessions also available. 50 minute session fee £75. Early appointments from 7am, evening appointments until 7pm subject to availability.
