I have over 18 years experience treating symptoms of trauma, anxiety, OCD and depression in both adults and children. My aim is to offer a personalised assessment session followed by a structured treatment plan to help you get back on track. As a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the BPS I use evidence based interventions. I am qualified in multiple treatment modalities allowing me to best tailor treatment to your individual needs. I regularly assess and treat ADHD and Autism in adults and children and can confidently adapt most approaches for such individuals.
I am qualified to doctorate level (this is the highest standard of mental health training available) and have additional training in Acceptance and Coomitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Compassion Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness. I also use mind body and somatic approaches to working with pain and physical health difficulties
