I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychotherapist who works with a wide range of issues from Depression and Anxiety to complex mental health issues. My view is that we all have times in our lives when things can become difficult for us, or we feel there is no way forward. I have extensive training in areas such as Integrative Psychotherapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Object Relations, Person-centred, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, NLP. I also have specialist training and experience in Working with Personality Disorders, Trauma, and Dissociation.
I am an experienced Integrative Clinical Psychotherapist and have qualified for my Post Graduate Diploma and MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at The Metanoia Institute in London. I also hold a Graduate Diploma in Professional Counselling. I have experience in supervision working with a broad range of students and qualified Counsellors/Therapists.
