Experienced in counselling adults, children/adolescents, I am an Integrative therapist able to tailor my approach to your individual needs. The therapy I provide will be individual to you, not just theoretically; but also in the way we work together. We can achieve this by using talking therapy and/or creative therapy, it is completely your choice. I work collaboratively where together we will explore your goals and discuss how best to help you, you will not be alone. Exploration of the difficulties you face can encourage new perspectives, enabling you to move forward with increased insight, promoting acceptance and change.
Working with a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse. I draw from various theoretical approaches such as Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am passionate about my work, and I believe the counselling relationship to be essential in aiding you in your difficulties.
