My ideal clients are adults and couples who find themselves repeating patterns in relationships that no longer serve them. They may struggle with attachment anxiety, low self-worth, trust issues, shame, people pleasing, or the lasting impact of childhood or relationship trauma. Many have tried therapy before and understand their patterns intellectually, yet still feel stuck.
I help clients understand why these patterns developed, how they are affecting life today, and what can be done to change them. Together, we work with both insight and practical strategies so they can build healthier relationships and feel more secure
I specialise in attachment, childhood and relational trauma, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. My approach is integrative, combining psychotherapy, neuroscience, and body-based approaches to help clients.
I don't simply sit and listen. I work actively with clients to identify and break the patterns that keep them stuck or miserable.
