Life can be a challenge. I have a warm approach and experience of working with clients dealing with issues such as relationship difficulties – including betrayals and breakups – anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, addiction and bereavement. I'm also trained in helping adults impacted by ADHD.
As a person-centred counsellor, my role is to create a safe, supportive space where you have the freedom to talk about how you're feeling with someone who isn’t a friend or a family member, and reflect on what you want from life. With this support can come clarity, healing and growth.
My work with couples focuses on areas such as improving communication, managing conflict, building connection and negotiating stressful life events. My approach here is more integrative, drawing on different relationship theories, models and strategies.
