I understand making this choice is difficult one. I am a professional accredited counsellor, I specialise in counselling for ADHD. I have 2 children with ADHD. If ADHD is affecting you or someone you care for I can help. I also work with all areas of mental health, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, self-esteem & PTSD. I am qualified in EMDR & REWIND therapy for trauma. Life can get hard, money or job worries, relationship issues or problems with friends or co-workers, can all cause anxiety and depression. I can help you work through these problems if times get tough. NCPS Profesional Accredited/MBACP Acc equivalent.
I work in a humanistic, integrative way, Including EMDR for trauma, some CBT, mindfulness, I work with anxiety and depression, panic attacks. Job stress, money worries, grief and divorce. Giving you coping stratagies as well as some psycoeducation to help you understand yourself more. I also work for DPJ Foundation supporting farming communities.
Whatever worries or concerns you may be going through i am here to walk by your side and help you find the tools you need to move forward and feel stronger. I trained to become a counsellor because i know first hand the importance of having someone to talk to. I would like to be that person for you.
