Life can throw some really difficult situations at us and when this happens, it can be difficult to stay positive and cope with everyday life. I believe that counselling can provide you with an opportunity to explore any personal difficulties in a confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I am an integrative counsellor with a relational approach. My aim is to provide, a counselling space that is a supportive environment in which you will be given the time and space to explore, understand and gain insight into your unique situation. I have several years of experience working with young people from 11 years old.
During sessions I offer you my honesty and respect while we explore anything you feel you would like to bring to counselling. You will have the freedom to explore and work through your thoughts and feelings; to enable you to identify and resolve issues. I have experience in risk management relating to depression, anxiety, and suicide ideation.
You might have experienced feelings that are unexpected, painful or disorientating, leaving you feeling confused and unsettled. The sessions would be about you and your feelings, and my hope is that by providing you with a safe environment, you will be more confident, positive and poised to enjoy life.
