Over the years, I have helped clients facing a range of difficulties, from anxiety and work-related stress to mental and physical health concerns. I have also worked with survivors of domestic abuse, childhood abuse, rape, and sexual assault. My focus is on helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and rediscover the spark that brings meaning to your life.
I am deeply committed to supporting adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse and have spent years researching and studying the lasting impacts this leaves. These early experiences can leave emotional impressions, shaping how we perceive ourselves and others. I approach supporting clients with a trauma-informed, compassionate space that is just for you.
Therapy is not just about addressing pain, it is about reclaiming a sense of agency, exploring new possibilities, and working towards a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are.
