Hello, I am an experienced Play Therapist and Integrative Counsellor based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, specialised in supporting children and young people through play, creativity and therapeutic counselling. I work with children and young people between the ages of 4-25 years old.
I also work with parents and carers, helping them understand what their child may be communicating through their behaviour and exploring ways they can support their child's emotional wellbeing outside of therapy.
My approach is person-centred, creative and relationship based. I work with children and young people experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, low confidence, life limiting illness, emotional regulation difficulties, bereavement, separation and family changes, school-related worries, trauma and neurodivergence.
