I work with couples, individuals, parents, young people & children. Long or short term counselling around your emotional wellbeing, resilience and relationship with your self or others. I work with a range of issues, some of which are self-esteem and confidence, anxiety, depression, identity, the impact of the past, infidelity & trust, communication, arguing, the impact of sexual abuse, shame and anger amongst many others.
My approach is integrative meaning I bring together different therapeutic approaches to suit you. I can listen, create a safe space and gently challenge to create movement in your thinking and emotions. We can talk organically at your own pace, or work in a more structured way. We can work creatively to suit what feels comfortable.
