I draw on training in counselling, therapy, psychology, and wellbeing coaching to provide a holistic service that supports all your needs. If your mental health is being affected by the lifestyle you're living, or you are struggling to understand your emotions, manage stress, and build relationships, I am here to help. There are steps you can take to work through these difficulties and build a life you find fulfilling. However, if you are struggling to take these steps, or even identify them, that's where my service comes in.
Together we can create a lifestyle that optimises your wellbeing; change the relationship with your thoughts and feelings for the better; and build the life you want by identifying your values, effectively setting goals, and moving forward.
At some point, we may experience difficulties that are challenging to overcome. We may feel stuck and unable to move forward, affected by past traumas and struggling with day-to-day life.
