I’m a trauma‑informed walk & talk therapist, offering therapy outdoors. I specialise in gently exploring early experiences that shape thoughts, emotions, and relationships in ways that can be hard to see alone. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or aware that the past is still affecting you, this approach may help. Whether you’re in crisis or carrying something long‑standing, I offer a steady space to think and begin understanding what’s happening for you now.
From August 2026 I am offering the option of having my dog Finn come along on the sessions. Finn is a lurcher and loves people. He would be coming along to support the grounding in the session. For dog lovers, it may bring extra support and assurance within the sessions.
Walk & talk therapy offers a nature-based alternative to the therapy room. Walking side by side can feel less intense than sitting face-to-face. The movement from walking helps emotions flow more freely. Being in nature creates a grounded, calming environment and there is science to back up the benefits that nature brings.
