You may already know what you need to change to feel better, in which case I'll be alongside you as you embark on your journey. If you need some support knowing where to start, my integrative training qualifies me to offer you a range of ideas to explore.
I work with many clients living with anxiety and depression.
I'm a counsellor at a sexual abuse charity, where many clients have CPTSD and trauma.
I've 12+ years experience supporting new parents, with a special interest in breastfeeding grief, birth trauma and the death of a baby/miscarriage (SANDS trained).
I've been a bereavement supporter at Cruse.
