Hello If you want a confidential, welcoming non – judgemental space to make sense of what is troubling you please get in touch. I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation to see if you think we will work well together. Sessions can be face to face, on line, on the telephone or we could go for a walk together. Alternatively, if you prefer we could choose a quiet spot outside to sit and talk. I work with you individually or with you and your partner, helping you to fully explore issues and improve your situation. You will rediscover your strengths in a supportive environment to help you move forward with confidence.
I offer psychodynamic counselling which looks at how the things you have done and learned in the past influence your current thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I help you to understand why you act as you do and ways to changes if you want to. I can help with relationship issues, bereavement, work issues, self confidence, health issues and more.
Whatever your reason for counselling I understand that it can be a daunting to choose your counsellor and to trust them enough with your issues and fears.
